So after all these years of thinking you need to kill yourself in the gym to lose weight and burn body fat, the secret is being revealed right here.

Here's a top notch routine that is guaranteed to define your body:


REP 1: MAKE A GROCERY LIST
Think of the week ahead and map out your meals. Write out a list of what you need to buy to prepare those meals.

REP 2: GO TO THE GROCERY STORE
You need to get in your car and drive to the grocery store or farmer's market to purchase your food, or have someone else do it for you. Buy whole foods, organic foods, clean foods, non-gmo foods, foods that are high in quality nutrients, single ingredient foods, high protein, good fats, and carbs from fruits and veggies.  You don't' need those boxed foods or junk foods with all sorts of processed ingredients in them.  Bring the bags of food home and unload them into your cabinets and refrigerator.

REP 3: PREPARE YOUR MEALS
All those items and ingredients you bought, you need to now put them together to cook and prepare your breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

REP 4: EAT YOUR MEALS
Actually eat the food you bought. Don't skip two meals a day and pound all the food at night. Don't eat all your week's groceries in one day. Spread it out and control your portion sizes.
